Attendee Information
Please review the important information below:
1) Event Schedule
On May 19, attendees are asked to arrive between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, with the first speaker taking the stage promptly at 8:30 am. Because of heavy construction in the area and moderate/heavy traffic at that time of day, we ask that you plan to arrive no later than 8:00 am, to allow appropriate time to park, walk, check in and get settled. 2) Directions and Parking

If you will be using a GPS device, plug in “Grove Place, Toledo OH” as the address, as this will lead you to the parking lots instead of the front door of the museum, where the parking is not evident (Grove Place is between Glenwood Ave and Oakwood Ave). Please park in the main museum Lot #1. Once inside the Peristyle Lobby at the Project 419 registration table, you will receive a ticket for free parking that you can give to the attendant on your way out.
There is significant road work being done near the Museum. The Detroit/Monroe street exit is temporarily closed, so please use either Collingwood or Washington, and allow extra time for delays.
Once you have parked, please enter the main Museum building off of the Grove Place entrance (near the cafe), and there will be someone to direct you to the Peristyle Lobby and the Project 419 registration table.
3) Continuing Education
Five CE credits will be provided for Ohio Insurance, Michigan Insurance, Indiana Insurance, CFP, CPE, and CLE. You will be required to stay for the entire length of the program to receive the full credit hours, turning in your completed CE form to the registration desk upon completion, and picking up the appropriate certificates at that time. The Association Office will report your attendance to the appropriate agencies on your behalf within 20 days following the program date. In order to receive proper credit, please print legibly on the form provided.
4) Other Notes:

No food or drink will be allowed in the Peristyle Theater

Following the event, from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, there will be light appetizers and a cash bar set up in the Peristyle Lobby

The museum will be open to the public during lunch and after the event for your viewing pleasur
